At Dessy & Co, we are committed to providing quality women's fashion and an exceptional shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with a straightforward and transparent return process.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Items returned after the 30-day return period may not be eligible for a refund.


Return Method

All returns for online purchases must be sent by mail.

At this time, we do not accept in-store returns for online orders.


Return Shipping

For eligible returns, a prepaid return shipping label may be provided.

If the return is due to:

  • Ordering the wrong item
  • A change of mind
  • An incorrect size selected by the customer

the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

To return an item:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
  2. Attach the provided return shipping label.
  3. Drop the package off with the designated shipping carrier.

If you cannot locate your return label, please contact our customer support team.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Items marked as Non-Returnable
  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged products caused by customer use

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days or without sufficient documentation may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.


Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning your original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
